2,000 square feet of new construction for The Rectory Office was an addition to the 1863 Colonial Revival Parish House. Special attention was given to incorporate the program requirements of the office with the existing architectural style. Entrance to the office is recessed to provide shelter as well as to clearly identify the entrance.

Putnam Avenue Office
The project required Renovation and Interior design of 10,000 S.F. office space and entrance lobby. Program asked to accommodate single commercial tenant on the main level as well as multiple tenants on the second floor. Major structural, mechanical as well as aesthetic changes were done to achieve given requirements.
